The National Capital Commission (NCC) Ombudsman deals with complaints regarding the service of the NCC.
You must have filled a complaint directly to the NCC Client Service, before you can submit a complaint to the National Capital Commission Ombudsman.
If you can’t reach an agreement with the Client Service and remain unsatisfied, you can submit your complaint to the NCC Ombudsman.
You have a 12 months deadline to submit your complaint to the NCC Ombudsman, after learning of the facts, which are the base of your complaint.
