Wien Energie offers advice centers in connection with energy poverty and a complaints office focused on Wien Energie's services. 

The Help and advice center for energy poverty is aimed at private customers and clients of social institutions who are unable to pay their energy bills due to difficult life circumstances. The contact point provides support in the form of advice and assistance with life-sustaining equipment, payment difficulties, and the resumption of energy supplies, provides information on applications and social entitlements, and refers people to private and public social institutions and debt counseling services.
