The arbitration model is communicated within professional associations, universities, and other public areas and brought closer to consumers and businesses.
The Federal Universal Conciliation Board is always responsible for dispute resolution if, as a consumer, no agreement could be reached with the respective company and no industry-specific ombudsman is responsible. As neutral mediators, the mediators do not represent either side, but make their legal expertise available to both parties.
