The Ombudsstelle Waadt, genannt „Bureau cantonal de médiation administrative“ (BCMA), ist eine zentrale Anlaufstelle für Beschwerden gegenüber Verwaltung und Behören des Kantons Waadt. Es können sich alle Personen mit Konflikten in diesem Bereich melden – dabei spielen Alter oder Nationalität keine Rolle. Die BCMA agiert dabei unabhängig und kostenlos.
