The The Financial Regulators Complaints Commissioner provides an independent assessment of complaints against the Financial Conduct Authority, the Payment Systems Regulator, the Prudential Regulation Authority which is a part of the Bank of England, and in the case of the Bank of England (BoE), its oversight of clearing houses, central securities depositaries, inter-bank payment systems and wholesale cash distribution.
