The Civilian Review and Complaints Commission for the RCMP (CRCC) deals with complaints regarding the conduct of a RCMP member.
You can submit a complaint, if the following is true:
The person you want to complain about was on duty or function under the RCMP Act or the Witness Protection Program Act.
This includes public complaint investigations, policing public events, security assignments and intelligence operations as well as criminal investigations.
