The New Brunswick Ombudsman handles your complaint, if it regards one of the following:
- Government departments
- Municipalities
- School districts
- District education councils
- Regional health authorities
- Crown agencies
- Agencies responsible to the province including commissions and boards
If you feel that you have been treated unfairly by one of the listed authorities, you can complain to the New Brunswick Ombudsman.
