The Association of Austrian Insurance Companies (VVO) represents the interests of private insurance companies in Austria.
In addition to its function as a source of information on all aspects of finance, the VVO also provides a point of contact for inquiries and complaints. As a mediation partner, it mediates between insurance companies and policyholders—for example, in the case of questions about insurance contracts or general problems relating to insurance.
