The Ombudsman's Office of the Canton of Zug is a free mediation centre for complaints and conflicts with the administrative authorities. It acts independently, neutrally and confidentially. Topics may include
- Conflicts with authorities or municipalities
- Problems or disputes with administrative staff
- Feeling of being misunderstood or not understanding a decision or ruling
- Clarification of rights
