The Arbitration centre for local transport (SNV) acts as a contact point for problems and conflicts with public transport companies in North Rhine-Westphalia that could not be resolved through direct contact. As part of the Schlichtungsstelle Nahverkehr e.V. association, it acts independently and free of charge for passengers.
