The Nova Scotia Office of the Ombudsman deals with complaints regarding the government and agency bodies that are located in the province. 

Before you can complain to the Nova Scotia Ombudsman, you must have contacted the relevant government body or agency and tried to resolve your issue directly. 

If you couldn’t reach an agreement you can contact the Nova Scotia Ombudsman.
