The Commission for Complaints for Telecom-Television Services (CCTS) deals with customer complaints regarding the service of telecommunications or television providers in Canada.
This includes providers of TV, cable, phone and internet.
If you commit a complaint to the Commission for Complaints for Telecom-Television Services, your complaint will be sent to your provider in an attempt to resolve the issue directly.
If you can’t reach an agreement with your provider, the CCTS will mediate between you and your provider to resolve the issue.
