CIIT x apf

CIIT Software has been providing the case processing software for the Agency for Passenger and Passenger Rights since 2021. The state-recognised arbitration body focuses on complaints in the areas of bus, rail, air and sea transport. The tool has been customised precisely to apf's administrative processes.

CIIT x ÖIAT

The Austrian Institute for Applied Telecommunications has been relying on the case management software developed by CIIT since 2025. Its Internet Ombudsman and Watchlist Internet projects offer contact points for online consumers. The Internet Ombudsman's Office deals with general dispute resolution issues in the digital sector, while the Watchlist Internet specialises primarily in Internet fraud and fraud-like online traps.

Die Verbraucherschlichtung Austria ist eine staatlich anerkannte Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle, die bei Beschwerden zu Themen wie Warenkäufen, Reisen oder Versicherungen zwischen Verbraucher:in und Unternehmen vermittelt. Dabei handelt sie neutral und kostenlos.
