CIIT x apf
CIIT Software has been providing the complaint management software for the Agency for Passenger and Passenger Rights since 2021. The state-recognised dispute resolution body focuses on complaints in the areas of bus, rail, air and sea transport. The tool has been customised precisely to apf's administrative processes.

CIIT x ÖIAT
The Austrian Institute for Applied Telecommunications has been relying on the complaint management software developed by CIIT since 2025. Its Internet Ombudsman and Watchlist Internet projects offer contact points for online consumers. The Internet Ombudsman's Office deals with general dispute resolution issues in the digital sector, while the Watchlist Internet specializes primarily in Internet fraud and fraud-like online traps.

The Verbraucherschlichtung Austria has also been using the complaint management tool from CIIT Software. Verbraucherschlichtung Austria is a state-recognised consumer dispute resolution body that mediates between consumers and businesses in disputes concerning matters such as purchases, travel or insurance. It acts impartially and free of charge.
