DI Katarina Schaffler-Glößl studied software development at the Technical University in Bratislava and has been working as a software developer, Scrum Master, and project manager for 25 years. She has been the managing director of CIIT GmbH since 2004.
Michael Schaffler-Glößl studied computer science at TU Wien. He has been working as a software developer, consultant, and trainer for more than 30 years.
Based on his many years of expertise in case management tools, Geza Tömböly analyzes and optimizes processes for mediation and ombudsman services and leads interdisciplinary teams through to go-live.
