Its tasks include public relations, collective bargaining, supporting the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber (WKO) in its agenda, co-determination and participation in the committees of the EBF (European Banking Federation), and cooperation with (international and national) associations.<\/p><p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bankenverband.at\/services\/ombudsstelle\/\">Ombudsman's office of the Banking Association<\/a> mediates on a neutral basis between private customers and member institutions. You can contact the arbitration board if you have any questions about banking transactions or if you need to resolve any discrepancies.
