The Ombudsman of Gatineau deals with complaints regarding the service of the Ville de Gatineau.
Before you can complain to the Ombudsman of Gatineau, you have to call the 331 line of the Ville of Gatineau. If the service of the Hotline is unsatisfactory, you have to file a complaint about how your request was handled. If you can’t reach a direct agreement with the Ville of Gatineau after these two steps, then you can complain to the Ombudsman of Gatineau.
