The Fair Practices Commission Ombudsman deals with complaints regarding Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) in Ontario.
Before you can complain to the Fair Practices Commission Ombudsman you must have contacted the WSIB trying to resolve your issue directly. If you couldn’t reach an agreement with the WSIB, you can contact the Fair Practices Commission Ombudsman of Ontario.
