Office of the Veterans Ombudsman

The Office of the Veterans Ombudsman deals with complaints regarding the Veterans Affairs Canada.

The Veterans Bill of Rights sets out your right to fair treatment by the Veterans Affairs Canada. 

If you feel like your rights have not been upheld or that you have been treated unfairly, you can submit a complaint to the Office of the Veterans Ombudsman.
