Fair Practices Office Manitoba

The Fair Practices Office Manitoba deals with complaints regarding services of the Department of Families programs.

This includes the following: 

• Employment and Income Assistance
• Children’s disABILITY Services
• Community Living disABILITY Services
• Early Learning and Child Care Program (subsidy)

It’s advised that you take the following steps, before submitting a complaint to the Fair Practice Office Manitoba: 

1. Speak to your worker about the issue
2. If your issue isn’t resolved, then ask to speak to the supervisor
