Od svojho vzniku v roku 2009 pom\u00e1ha zvy\u0161ova\u0165 informovanos\u0165 a pr\u00e1vne povedomie spotrebite\u013eov aj prostredn\u00edctvom r\u00f4znych workshopov, \u0161kolen\u00ed a bohatej publika\u010dnej \u010dinnosti.<\/p><p align=\"justify\">Ako prv\u00e9 spotrebite\u013esk\u00e9 zdru\u017eenie sa registrovali a boli zaraden\u00ed do zoznamu subjektov alternat\u00edvneho rie\u0161enia spotrebite\u013esk\u00fdch sporov a ako jedin\u00e9 zdru\u017eenie rie\u0161ia v\u0161etky druhy spotrebite\u013esk\u00fdch podnetov bez poplatkov.
