The BMO Complaint Office deals with your complaints regarding their service. It has different levels of escalation.
The first step is trying to resolve your issue with your local branch.
If you can’t reach an agreement, then you can contact the Customer Resolution Office.
Alternatively you can contact the Ombudsman for Banking Services and Investments (OBSI).
If you can’t reach an agreement with the Customer Resolution Office of the BMO, then you can also contact the Customer Complaint Appeal Office.
